iHomeopathy247 provides an online platform to connect you with qualified homeopaths available to assist you. Your consultation agreement is directly with the homeopath. Please review all details and ensure you are satisfied before proceeding with a consultation.

 

Homeopathy Alongside Mainstream Healthcare

• Homeopathy works well alongside mainstream healthcare programs and medications.

• You will never be asked to stop prescribed medications during your treatment.

• You may be advised to undergo additional health checks to assess if your medications are still required.

 

Not a Substitute for Emergency Care

• Homeopathy is not a replacement for Accident & Emergency care.

• In case of a medical emergency, please contact your doctor, local hospital, or emergency services (Dial 108 in India).

 

Emergency Service

• iHomeopathy247 does not provide an emergency medical service.

• If urgent care is needed, please contact the nearest emergency service or healthcare provider.

 

Booking Conditions

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service.

• Your consultation agreement is directly with the homeopath.

• This consent covers the entire course of treatment you receive through our homeopaths at iHomeopathy247.

 

By booking, you confirm:

1. You are making this appointment in good faith, of your own free will, and are mentally competent to enter into this agreement.

2. You are not representing an agency seeking information without disclosing your identity.

3. You understand that consultation charges must be paid upon booking unless prior arrangements are made.

4. Any photos or videos you send will not include nudity of private parts of adults or children.

You also consent to the homeopath maintaining records and personal information provided during appointments.

 

Payment

Once details are agreed upon, the homeopath will send you an invoice for payment before the consultation begins.

 

Consultation Process

 

Consultations will take place at the agreed time and can be conducted via:

• Video call

• Internet audio call

 

You may be asked for photographs to assess skin conditions.

All discussions during the consultation are confidential and will not be shared without your permission, except where legally required.

 

Pharmacy

After the consultation, you will receive a prescription for remedies and details of where to purchase them if you do not already have them.

 

Confidentiality

• iHomeopathy247 will not share your details with any third party.

• The homeopath will store records in accordance with applicable Indian laws and professional ethics.

• Your records will be stored securely as per the Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant data protection regulations.

 

You may request a copy of the consultation records, but we are not responsible for the security of your email service.

 

Health Records

As per Indian regulations, homeopaths are required to maintain consultation notes for at least 7 years. These will only be shared if required by law for the protection of life.

 

Emails & Communication

By booking, your details will be stored in our database to send you prescriptions and consultation updates. You may opt out of receiving updates, service information, or learning materials at any time by unsubscribing.

 

Code of Conduct

We follow the Code of Ethics for Homeopathy Practitioners as per the Central Council of Homeopathy (CCH), India.

 

Technology & Privacy

While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your privacy when using internet calls, messaging, or emails, complete security cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of digital communications.

 

Local Jurisdiction

Each homeopath on our platform abides by the laws and regulations of India.

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

This Agreement and any disputes or claims arising from it shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

 

Follow-Up Consultations

When booking follow-up consultations outside the iHomeopathy247 platform, you agree to the terms and conditions of the individual homeopath.
