1. Independent Practice and Responsibility

The Homeopath agrees to operate as an independent practitioner and shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in India. The Homeopath accepts full responsibility for all advice, support, and treatment offered to clients via the Platform.

2. No Liability of iHomeopathy247

The Homeopath acknowledges that iHomeopathy247 neither supervises nor directs their professional conduct. Accordingly, iHomeopathy247 bears no responsibility or liability for any services, consultations, or treatments provided by the Homeopath to clients.

3. Professional Conduct

The Homeopath shall maintain the highest standards of professional conduct at all times. This includes upholding client confidentiality, providing ethical care, and ensuring clear and respectful communication as per the norms of the homeopathy profession.

4. Indemnity

The Homeopath agrees to indemnify and hold harmless iHomeopathy247, including its directors, owners, and team members, against any claims, legal actions, or liabilities arising out of their services or conduct on the Platform.

5. Use of Platform

The Homeopath agrees to follow the guidelines, policies, and procedures established by iHomeopathy247. The Homeopath must not misrepresent their qualifications, experience, availability, or the scope of services provided.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, the Homeopath shall immediately cease using the iHomeopathy247 name, logo, or platform to promote their services.

7. Fees and Payment

The Homeopath agrees to the following payment terms for participation on the iHomeopathy247 Platform:

• Initial Sign-Up Amount (First 6 Months): ₹21,000 INR (inclusive of platform access and online business building support)

• Monthly Fee (After Initial 6 Months): ₹5,500 INR per month

All payments are to be made in advance and are non-refundable.

Continued access to the platform and listing is subject to timely payment of these fees.

By signing below, the Homeopath confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this agreement.
